Free Tai Chi Fit Classes – Mindfulness & Meditation

Open to all ages; registration is not required.

Tai chi has many health benefits and is both good exercise and meditation, too. Classes are led by Anna Wong. You are welcome to stand or be seated to follow the practice of Tai Chi Fit movements.

Anna taught Tai chi classes on a regular basis at Bonner Springs City Library and Senior living facilities in Kansas for eight years before she moved to Canton last September.

These classes are open to everyone, but aimed toward those who have NOT done Tai chi before.
