Tidy by Emily Gravett is so much fun to read, no matter your age! If you are or you know a person who is like the little badger in the story, Pete, who loves to have all things in place and in order, you will resonate with this new picture book. Or perhaps you know someone who has quite the opposite problem – no predilection for picking up. See what happens when someone whose penchant for organization goes way out of bounds. Will Pete the Badger find the happy middle ground between chaos and control?
It is getting to be that time of year when all the house work that’s been put off in favor of enjoying the season is beginning to pile up. It’ll keep. Enjoy the rest of your summer! Visit the library for some good books to keep you company as summer begins to wind down.
- Tidy by Emily Gravett. Pete the badger likes everything to be neat and tidy at all times, but what starts as the collecting of one fallen leaf escalates quickly and ends with the complete destruction of the forest. Will Pete realize the error of his ways and reverse his tidying habit? ~ Amazon
